Everything about the dentist scares me. The environment, the people, the tools, even the smells. I have an appointment in one week. Help!!!! :(

Find one you really like and trust and you'll see it's not so bad. Worked for me!
Take drugs before the visit (i.e. Valium). Your general practitioner should prescribe them.
If your teeth are healthy and you don't have any pain, DON'T GO.
I am scared of the dentist. What do i do??
